HOW IT WORKS

5 EASY STEPS

  1. Use the calendar available on the next page in this website to choose a time and date for your Remote Online Notary (RON) appointment. You may request this time by sending an email to jponlinenotary@gmail.com along with the following steps. ***The appointments are listed as half-hour slots, so if you have more than 20 documents, please make your notary aware. Available times will be listed in GREEN. Unavailable time slots will be changed to RED. If your time slot is not listed, please email the time and date requested and we will let you know if we can accommodate. *****If you would like to request an in-person notary appointment or RON during business hours, please email the reqested time, date and location (for in-person).******

  2. Email the requested time and date and include your document or documents in PDF format to jponlinenotary@gmail.com. Your notary will download them into the RON platform.

  3. Provide the best email address for all signers listed on the documents and also the best contact phone number for the person requesting the appointment.

  4. When your appointment is confirmed by a returned email, please provide a valid driver's license or passport in a reply email to jponlinenotary@gmail.com. Also provide the address of the location where you will be at the time of signing. If this information is unavailable in advance, you can provide the location during the appointment.

  5. Just wait for the appointment. You will receive an invitation to a Zoom meeting from your notary by email. You will also receive a separate email prior to the appointment with the documents for review (do not click on signature areas until your notary is available to witness).
